Digital Products
All products sold on Alxx Shop are digital products, including but not limited to LUTs, PowerGrades, presets, transitions, templates, digital assets, and educational content.
Since digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been purchased and delivered.
Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing and downloading any digital product from Alxx Shop, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to digital content.
- You waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund once the download or access has been provided.
- This applies even if the files have not yet been downloaded.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- The product is technically defective and unusable.
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you or provide a replacement file if necessary.
Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify software compatibility before purchasing.
- Read the product description and requirements.
- Ensure they have the required software and knowledge to use the product.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Software incompatibility
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Found cheaper elsewhere
- Not reading the product description
Chargebacks & Abuse
If a refund or chargeback is initiated after the files have been delivered, we reserve the right to:
- Revoke access to all purchased products
- Block future purchases
- Take action to recover the funds if necessary
