1. Intellectual Property – No Transfer of Rights

The purchase of any digital product from Alxx Shop (including but not limited to PowerGrades, LUTs, Presets, Transitions, Templates, Digital Assets, Educational Content) grants access solely to the downloaded files.

The purchase does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights, ownership, or any exploitation rights.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Alxx Paul.

Use of the products is strictly limited to downloading and integrating them into your own personal or client projects in accordance with these terms.

2. Personal Use – Non-Transferable Access

Access to the products is strictly personal and reserved for the purchaser.

Installation and use are permitted on a maximum of two devices owned by the same person.

You may:

Use the products in personal projects
Use the products in commercial/client work
Deliver final exported content (videos, images, final renders) to your clients

You may NOT:

Share the source files with clients
Share files with other editors, teams, or collaborators
Transfer your purchase to another person

This permitted use does not constitute a license transfer and may be revoked immediately in case of violation of these terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Reselling the products
Sharing, giving, lending, sublicensing, or distributing the files
Uploading the files to shared drives, marketplaces, bundles, or online platforms
Redistributing the products in original or modified form
Creating derivative products (e.g., LUT packs, presets, templates) for resale
Integrating the files into a competing product or resource library
Using the files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
Providing source files to clients or third parties
Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or extracting files in bulk
Removing metadata, credits, or ownership information

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4. Updates and Support

Some products may include updates or improvements. Updates are provided at our discretion and we do not guarantee indefinite compatibility with future software versions.

Support may be available for certain products as indicated on the product page.
Typical response time is within 48 business hours.

5. Duration and Termination

These terms apply indefinitely as long as you retain the downloaded files.

In the event of a violation of these terms:

Your usage rights are immediately revoked
No refund will be issued
You must delete all copies of the files
You must cease all use of the products

6. Monitoring and Anti-Piracy

Alxx Shop may implement reasonable anti-piracy measures, download tracking, or file identification systems to protect intellectual property, in compliance with applicable laws and data protection regulations.
